But in short, it is an item you wear. It goes on top of your screen as an HUD (Heads Up Display). It provides numerous borders & animations for your photos & machinima effects. Simple, quick, & easy to mod. The touch menu gives you options to increase/decrease width & height separately, colors, even the transparency of the border/effect.
